CryptoPlanes Terms of Use
The rules for using the game. Read them before you connect your wallet: they are about money and risk.
1. Who we are and what you accept
CryptoPlanes is an online airplane game run by the CryptoPlanes Team. By connecting your wallet or using the game, you accept these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
The Player guide explains every part of the game and shows the current values (prices, fees, limits). It is part of these Terms.
2. Who can play
- You must be 18 or older.
- Games with crypto assets may be restricted or banned in some countries. It is up to you to check whether you may play where you live; if the law of your country does not allow it, do not play.
- Taxes on anything you earn, if any, are your responsibility.
3. Your account and your wallet
- Your account is the address of your Solana wallet. There is no sign-up and no password.
- Only you control the wallet. The team never asks for your secret recovery phrase or your private key: whoever asks is not the team.
- If you lose access to the wallet, you lose access to the account. We cannot recover it.
- You are responsible for what is done in the game with your wallet.
4. The CPAN token and the risk
- CPAN is a token on the Solana blockchain. Its price is set by the market, outside our control, and it can fall to zero.
- CPAN, the planes and the other game items are not an investment, a financial product or a promise of profit. We guarantee no gain and no value.
- Rewards come from a reward pool funded by the players' own purchases and fees. They are not guaranteed, change with the size of the pool and can be reduced or reach zero.
- Prices, rewards, fees and limits can change to keep the game balanced. The current values are in the Guide and in the game itself.
- Only use money you can afford to lose. Nothing in the game, in the Guide or in our channels is financial advice.
5. Deposits
- Deposit only with the game's deposit button, from your account's wallet. The balance is credited after the Solana network confirms the transaction.
- Tokens sent straight to the treasury address, from another wallet or from an exchange, are not credited automatically. The team may review and credit such transfers, but cannot guarantee it can tell who sent them.
- You pay the Solana network fee, in SOL, in your wallet.
- A blockchain transaction cannot be undone: check the amount before you sign.
6. Withdrawals
- A withdrawal always goes to your account's wallet, never to another address.
- There is a minimum amount, fees, a waiting time between withdrawals and limits per account and per day, shown in the Guide and on the withdrawal screen.
- A withdrawal may be checked by a person on the team. There is no guaranteed time for the payment.
- CPAN you earned in the game may have a waiting period before it can leave, longer for new accounts. What you deposited does not wait.
- Withdrawals can be paused for maintenance, for security or while the payout wallet is being refilled.
- A withdrawal that was sent cannot be undone.
7. Planes, items and the rest of the game
- Planes, items, airport shares, staking positions, tickets and prizes are digital items that exist in the game's records. They are not NFTs or blockchain assets.
- The game server's records are the reference for what each account owns.
- We may adjust rules, attributes and values to fix mistakes and keep the game balanced. The changes show up in the Guide.
- Trades and sales between players only count through the game's own market. Anything agreed outside the game is at your own risk.
8. What is not allowed
- using bots, scripts or any automation to play;
- exploiting bugs or glitches of the game instead of telling the team;
- creating or controlling several accounts to take more rewards, prizes or market advantages;
- attacking, overloading or trying to break into the game, the site or other players;
- using wallets or funds of illicit origin, or using the game to launder money;
- pretending to be the team or deceiving other players.

9. Anti-fraud and suspension
- The game has an anti-fraud system that can, on its own, reduce rewards, ask for a captcha or send a withdrawal to be checked (the Privacy Policy explains how). It never bans anyone on its own.
- If you break these Terms, the team may suspend the account, refuse withdrawals and undo gains made through fraud, bots, several accounts or bugs of the game.
- A balance credited by a system error may be corrected.
- You can ask for a review of any decision about your account at suporte@cryptoplanes.fun: a person looks at the case.
10. Availability and maintenance
- The game is offered as is. We do not guarantee that it always works, without errors or without interruptions.
- The game may go into maintenance, have an entry queue at peak times or have parts switched off, sometimes without notice.
- Parts of the game may change, be added or be closed.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the CryptoPlanes Team is not liable for: changes in the price of CPAN or other tokens; losses caused by your wallet, your secret phrase or scams by third parties; failures of the Solana network, the RPC provider, your wallet app or other services outside our control; or gains you expected to make. Nothing in these Terms takes away rights that the law of your country guarantees and does not allow to be waived.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms when the game changes or the law requires it. The date at the end of the page shows the version in effect. Important changes are announced in the game before they apply; if you keep playing after that, you accept the new version.
13. Applicable law and contact
The consumer protection and data protection laws of the country where you live apply where they are mandatory. Before anything else, talk to us: most problems are solved at suporte@cryptoplanes.fun.
